Our qualified instructors bring the energy, the expertise, and the encouragement — every single session.
Founder of this insane workout. His favourite hobby? Shouting (with a lovely French accent) in Gladiators' ears.
He'll happily join in with the workout — just to push you a little extra.
A world record holder with 1,865 burpees in 20 seconds. He will make you do them just for fun.
The most important one. Always on hand with a heavier dumbbell. He'll push you but always has your back.
Probably the nicest instructor. He'll hand you water, sing you a song and give you a high five for doing well.
We have made amazing friends while attending sessions that are tough and push us to the max physically.
