THE GLADIATORS ARE MORE THAN JUST FITNESS

    POST CLASSES LUNCH/DINNER

    After the fitness classes, we gather for a post-workout lunch or dinner at a nearby café and restaurant, indulging in healthy meals that complement our active sessions. This is the best time to forge new friendships and catch up after the class.

    SOCIAL LIFE

    Leave your gym clothes at home! Our social calendar is full of social activities, which we schedule every few weeks. It is an excellent opportunity to chat with your fellow Gladiators and forge new bonds outside the fitness class.

Besides the fact that the class provides a challenging and varied workout suitable for all fitness levels - it’s also an inclusive, friendly and social community of people who are all there with the same outlook and goal - to workout, meet new people and have fun whilst doing so!
